About Power Athletics Gym

Power Athletics Gym is a functional-fitness gym in Nuremberg, in the German state of Bavaria. It offers CrossFit, which runs as a coached daily workout combining constantly varied functional movements across weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. The gym also caters to HYROX, the standardised fitness race that alternates one-kilometre runs with eight functional workout stations, so members can train for that specific format.

Alongside these, there is Olympic weightlifting, focused on the snatch and the clean and jerk, and structured strength and conditioning that uses barbell and conditioning work to build strength and work capacity. This mix suits people who want coached sessions rather than training alone, whether the goal is general fitness, competition or improving lifting technique. Details like pricing, class times and trial sessions are best confirmed with the gym directly.
