Refunds & cancellations
This policy covers the two paid products on functionalfitness.online: the Featured listing subscription and the one-off Event Boost. All prices are in pounds sterling and payments are taken by Stripe.
Featured listing (£29 a month)
A Featured listing is a rolling monthly subscription with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time. Your Featured placement and badge stay live until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after you cancel.
To cancel, email hello@functionalfitness.online from the billing address on the account, or use the link in any Stripe receipt. We action cancellations within two working days, and they always take effect from the next renewal date.
We do not refund part-months. Because you keep the full benefit of the listing until the period you have paid for ends, a mid-month cancellation does not trigger a pro-rata refund. If we have charged you in error, or charged you again after you cancelled, email us and we will refund that charge in full.
Event Boost (£49, one-off)
An Event Boost is a one-off promotion for a single event. It is a digital service that we begin delivering as soon as we place your event on the homepage and queue it for the newsletter.
If you ask us to cancel before we have published your boost, we will refund you in full. Once your event is live on the site or has gone out in the newsletter, the service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable. If your event is cancelled or its date changes, contact us and we will move or remove the listing at no extra charge.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For digital services bought online there is normally a 14-day right to cancel, but that right ends once you have asked us to start and the service has been fully performed. By starting a Featured listing or Event Boost you agree that we may begin straight away, and you understand you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the service has been fully delivered.
If a paid feature does not work as described, you are entitled to a repair, a re-supply, or a refund. Tell us within a reasonable time and we will put it right.
