About Cross-Fabrik

Cross-Fabrik is a functional-fitness and CrossFit gym based in Nuremberg, in the Bavaria (Bayern) region of Germany. Its CrossFit programme is built around constantly varied functional movements, combining weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning into a coached daily workout. This format means the training changes from session to session, with a coach on hand to guide the movements and adjust the intensity to suit the people in the room.

Alongside this, the gym offers functional fitness aimed at building strength and capacity that carries over into everyday life. The focus is on movements that reflect the way the body works outside the gym, rather than isolated exercises. Between the coached CrossFit sessions and the wider functional-fitness work, members can expect a mix of strength, conditioning and skill-based training. Details such as pricing, class times and trial sessions are best confirmed with the gym directly.
