About CrossFit SG

CrossFit SG is a functional-fitness gym based in Hannover, in the German state of Lower Saxony. It offers CrossFit, a programme of constantly varied functional movements that combines weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning, usually run as a coached daily workout. Alongside this, the gym provides broader functional fitness training, focused on movements that carry over to everyday strength and capacity.

Members can also expect structured strength and conditioning work, using barbell training and conditioning sessions to build strength and improve overall work capacity. This mix suits people who want coached, varied training rather than a standard fitness routine, whether they are new to functional fitness or already have experience. As with any gym, details like pricing, class times and trial sessions are best confirmed with CrossFit SG directly.
