CrossFit Nordlicht

About CrossFit Nordlicht

CrossFit Nordlicht is a functional fitness gym based in Bremen. It offers coached CrossFit sessions built around constantly varied functional movements, drawing on weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning in a daily workout format. Each session is led by a coach, so members work through the day's programming together rather than training alone.

Alongside CrossFit, the gym caters to HYROX, the standardised fitness race that pairs one-kilometre runs with eight functional workout stations. This suits anyone preparing for the event or simply wanting a measurable test of their fitness. More broadly, the functional fitness focus centres on movements that build strength and capacity you can use in everyday life. For anyone training or based in the Bremen area, it is a practical option across these disciplines. Details like pricing, class times and trial sessions are best confirmed with the gym directly.
