About CrossFit CFD Nürnberg

CrossFit CFD Nürnberg is a functional-fitness and CrossFit gym based in Nuremberg, in the Bavaria region of Germany. Its main offering is CrossFit, a programme of constantly varied functional movements that brings together weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. Sessions are usually run as a coached daily workout, so members follow the same programming as a group with guidance on technique and effort.

Alongside CrossFit, the gym works on functional fitness more broadly, training movements that carry over to everyday strength and capacity. That means practical lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying patterns intended to help with day-to-day tasks as well as general fitness. It suits people who prefer structured, coach-led training over working out alone. Details such as pricing, class times and trial sessions are best confirmed with the gym directly.
